The company’s founders, Domenica Bertolusso and Beppe Montanaro, set up business together in the truffle world way back in 1968, selling fresh Piedmontese truffles.
Today, Tartuflanghe offers more than 100 different recipes: a vast assortment of Italian and truffle specialities made with only the most carefully selected raw materials and ingredients.
Tartuflanghe products can be found in the most prestigious gourmet shops and delicatessens in Italy and around the world.
The new structure, expanded in 2012, has a large show room and a restaurant-tasting room with an open professional kitchen, capable of accommodating up to 50 people. Tartuflanghe has been opening its doors to visitors for years, in the name of hospitality and the absolute transparency that distinguishes it.
