The International Alba White Truffle Show represents the highlight of Piedmont’s food and wine events calendar.
During the nine weeks of the Show, all the mystery and charm of the Tuber Magnatum Pico, symbol of a heritage of collective experiences that unite the restaurant business, hospitality and the authentic Italian lifestyle, are brought to the forefront.
This “jewel of the earth” is the focus of a busy programme of events, comprising displays, exhibitions, cooking demonstrations, food and wine events, and cultural, musical, literary, folk and sport-themed meetings.
2023 Edition – L’Alba del futuro
If future holds many uncertainties, then earth will be one of the certainties of the future: this is the ‘leitmotiv’ of the 93rd edition of the International Alba White Truffle Fair. Truffle that is born and grows in the earth, the same land that gives us great wines and great products, offspring of the material and immaterial culture that has made the territory of Langhe Monferrato and Roero a Unesco World Heritage Site and one of the most important food and wine tourism destinations in the world.
