The International Alba White Truffle Show represents the highlight of Piedmont’s food and wine events calendar.
During the eight weeks of the Show, all the mystery and charm of the Tuber Magnatum Pico, symbol of a heritage of collective experiences that unite the restaurant business, hospitality and the authentic Italian lifestyle, are brought to the forefront.
This “jewel of the earth” is the focus of a busy programme of events, comprising displays, exhibitions, cooking demonstrations, food and wine events, and cultural, musical, literary, folk and sport-themed meetings.
